Just a reminder that the mandatory meeting is TODAY!
There will be a mandatory parent/athlete meeting for all athletes (9-12) and any junior high students on A, B, C squads on TUESDAY, AUGUST 2nd. at 6:00 p.m. in the high school commons area. The meeting should only last about a half hour. Volleyball, football, and cheerleading will all have brief meetings after the main meeting is over.

*Thursday, August 4, 2022 7:00am- 11:00am Cheer: practice @ South Prairie School 1st day of practice! The bus will leave Max at 6:30AM. From 7:00-8:00 there will be individual instruction. 8:00-11:00 will be team practice. Physicals and fees need to be turned into the office before in order to ride the bus. Football players and cheerleaders will be riding together.

2022 Cossacks Cross Country Schedule. We are still looking to add a few more meets. There is also an Activity Scheduler App that can be downloaded to stay updated on activities.

Sports physicals will be available at the school on Monday August 8th from 9:00-3:00 through Garrison Trinity. Please call the school for an appointment 679-2685.

There are sign-up sheets in the office for fall sports. Please call or stop in if you wish to participate. As always, fees and physicals are due before the first day of practice:

Summer workouts start tomorrow morning at 7:30 am! There will be weights, conditioning, and specialized skills (depending on the day). Anyone in grades 7-12 are welcome to attend. They will run from 7:30-9:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for the months of June and July. There will also be weight lifting on Friday mornings. Hope to see you there! There is no cost to attend.
