A special shout-out to Delaney, Azjiah, and Skotti for earning spots on the all-tournament team. Azjiah was also honored as the state senior athlete of the year, while Coach Schwarzrock was named the state coach of the year! Delaney reached an incredible milestone with her 1000th dig during the tournament, and Reagan also achieved her 1000th assist. This afternoon the Max Band performed a Mini Christmas Concert at the Festival of Trees! It truly is the most wonderful time of year! 🎄🎶🥁🎺

Twelve students from Max participated in the McLean County Math Meet in Wilton yesterday. They competed hard and represented Max very well. The Junior/Senior team consisted of Gracie Hauf, Maycie Talbott, Jayden Huesers, Jaeda Wohlk, Jetta Wohlk, and Kylee Heer. The Freshman/Sophomore team consisted of Brynlee Hankel, Gabriel Magallon, Eliza Wheeler, Makayla Clyde, Gabriel Scheresky, and Amanda Bingham. The 9th/10th grade team finished in 2nd place overall, getting beat by only 2 points by Washburn. Gabriel Scheresky placed 4th overall out of all 9th/10th grade individuals!
