Governor Burgum's office announced Wednesday, November 18, 2020 they will issue an amended order that will allow practices to resume for high school winter sports and association, community and club sports for youth and adults starting Nov. 30. People began wearing red ribbons to support this hero. In 1988 Red Ribbon Week was founded. Today is Crazy Hair Day. Last night, Governor Burgum announced Executive Order 2020-43 which suspends all winter sports and activities until December 14. Remaining November contests including girls swimming and diving, volleyball and B plays are exempt and will be allowed to complete their respective state tournaments.
