The Max South Prairie Speech team traveled to Nedrose High School yesterday. Emma Marten placed 5th in Humorous Interp. Dalaney Ruhland placed 7th in Radio Broadcasting. Ryder Mittelsteadt placed 8th in Radio Broadcasting. Megan Kramer placed 2nd in Speech to Persuade and 5th in Impromptu. In Serious Duo, Megan Kramer and Dalaney Ruhland placed 5th. In Humorous Duo, Megan Kramer and Ryder Mittelsteadt placed 2nd. We head to Velva next weekend. We have a very strong start to our season.

Taylor Johnson is the daughter of Kyle and Vangie Johnson. Taylor participated in FFA, Sources of Strength, Choir/Band, Student Council, and Speech. Taylor will be attending Minot State University this coming fall and will be pursuing a major in both elementary education and special education.

Emma Marten placed 4th in Humorous Interp. Brea Pitner placed 4th in Impromptu and 5th in Humorous Interp. Brea Pitner and Megan Kramer placed 5th in Serious Duo. Megan Kramer and Ryder Mittelsteadt placed 6th in Humorous Duo. Megan Kramer placed 3rd in Speech to Persuade and State Qualified in Impromptu in 1st place.
