The North Dakota State Math Counts competition was held in Bismarck on March 30th at the Bismarck Hotel & Conference Center. There were approximately 160 students competing from across the state. School Districts could compete as a team or as an individual team. Students who qualified as an individual in the region competition were put with other qualifiers from the same region to make individual teams of four students. Max and Garrison placed 4th in the state out of 20 individual teams. Competitors from Region 7 included Brady Adams (Max), Caleb Cabrera (Garrison) and Peyton Collom (Garrison) and Ryan Bingham (Max). Brady Adams placed 14th in the state. The event was sponsored by the North Dakota Society of Professional Engineers and the North Dakota County Superintendents Association.
