Title IX Trainings
In accordance with Title IX and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 106.8, Max Public School District prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment, in any district education program or activity.
Additionally, the District is committed to providing a work and student environment that is free of sexual harassment, and shall not tolerate sexual harassment by any employee, student, parent, or third party.
