Dear families,
Wow! YOU’RE AMAZING! Numerous families have already answered our call to join our team and take the Kids Heart Hero Challenge! We’re so proud of the commitment and support from our school in this annual community service program!
As of today, 23 students have joined our team, 5 families have completed Finn’s Lifesaver Mission, and we’ve already exceeded our original goal of $2500! I’m excited to see how far our students climb this year in our effort to make an impact on hearts that need help! ❤ These funds support the work of the American Heart Association in North Dakota, including CPR in Schools and Mission Lifeline: Heart and Stroke that are at work here in our own community! Thank you for your support of this important cause.
Last week at our kickoff, we told students they'd get to do some fun stuff along the way, including the FIRST EVER Name the GYM honor for the Top Student Fundraiser at our school!
What is Name the Gym? The top fundraiser will get to name the gym ANYTHING THEY WANT and for the rest of the year a special banner will hang in the gym for everyone to see.
Here are all the fun things they’ll get to do this year:
Top student fundraiser gets to NAME the GYM and have a banner hung in their honor- Makoti M. of Kindergarten is currently in the lead
- Students who complete Finn’s Mission will have their photo displayed on a Finn’s Hero Wall in the gym
- Classrooms with 50% of students signed up, will earn a $25 Amazon Gift Card for their teacher!
- The top fundraising class will get FREE CHOICE DAY in PE for a Week! Kindergarten is currently on top!
