Max PS Nondiscrimination Policy   

 

 NDHSAA Requirements Beginning with the 2010-11 school year, all students participating in athletics must have a yearly physical to participate. The physical exams taken prior to June 15, 2010 are not valid for the 2010-11 school year.

Students must have a valid physical on file in the school office before they can be allowed to practice or play in any sponsored athletic activity.
