I’m Kecia Ellison, I was born and raised in Napoleon, ND. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Valley City State University in May 2017. Much of my teaching is revolved around literature and the expression of creativity. Aside from teaching English, I am also the yearbook advisor, co newspaper advisor, head girls’ basketball coach, head speech coach, and the drama director.

Throughout the year students have a book report due each quarter. They have the entire quarter to complete their book reports and are provided with in class work time. Aside from book reports, students are required to log their reading each week.
